High in the Swiss Alps, the Grand Arosa Hotel reimagines what hospitality can be — a vibrant pop-up concept that merges colour, design and atmosphere. Amanda Teixeira was invited to create a visual narrative that reflected the hotel’s creative energy through a series of interior, lifestyle and social media photographs.

For Amanda, a concept hotel deserves conceptual photography. Rather than documenting spaces, she sought to translate the feeling of being there — playful, bold and full of life. Colour became a language of emotion; light, a bridge between design and human experience. Each image was crafted to capture the essence of the place: contemporary, imaginative and unexpected.

Working closely with the hotel’s team, Amanda developed a creative direction inspired by the property’s architecture and expressive palette. Pre-production involved moodboards, styling direction and scene planning to find balance between spontaneity and structure. On set, she embraced movement, reflection and natural imperfection — allowing the space to tell its own story.

The final imagery became the visual cornerstone of the hotel’s digital communication, embodying its essence as a modern, design-driven destination. Each photograph feels like a glimpse into a dream — colourful, curious, and unmistakably alive.

A concept deserves concept photography.
